For those of you who don't know, Johnny and I are in the throes of renovating our new house. It's a brick, tudor style home, built in 1930 and it's just damn adorable. Get Outside
Believe it or not, I have become more active since I gave up my gym membership back in February. I traded in the treadmill for a sidewalk. I run more. I observe more. I have pictures that prove my love affair with this city-- a city I grew up in and grew tired of and moved away from; I have fallen in love all over again. I'm constantly getting to know this city and best of all, it beckons me to get outside.


What Makes You Tick?

First Friday Shows
I've had a lot of people ask me about first friday and what it's all about. Is it just a downtown thing? Art Show Prep Work
This is how I operate: spreading all of my art on the floor in order to wrap my head around what I'm working with. I did this back in school by laying all of my books and homework on my bedroom floor; I'm a very visual person so it helps tremendously if I can SEE everything at once.
